ArborTech is an amazing company... like most tree service outfits, they were pretty well booked out this summer, but managed to fit me in for a big 2-day job without too much wait. They were better equipped to deal with the large trees (very) close to my house than any of the other local companies with whom I inquired, and their pricing was excellent - below other quotes as well as below my own cost expectations.

Working with Courtney and Melody was an absolute pleasure. Courtney was easy to talk to, polite, informative, and knowledgeable. He clearly has a passion for trees, and his knowledge as an arborist goes well beyond merely cutting, chipping, and hauling them away. Melody was an excellent point of contact at the ArborTech office, and was very prompt and informative in her communications.

I can't leave out the professionalism of the crew; clearly these guys have pride in their craft, which is quite a thing to see in action. They were very attentive when it came to difficult cuts which risked damaging the home and the property, checked in regularly throughout the job to OK slight changes to their plan of attack, and were careful to clean up saw dust and branches as well as stacking soon-to-be firewood neatly and out of the way.

I cannot recommend ArborTech enough - especially for big jobs. They clearly have the latest and greatest in equipment, and their whole team does a wonderful job.

ArborTech did a wonderful job taking down over 30 infected trees on my yard, and an additional six in my neighbors yard. From the initial visit to the last minute, they were very professional and customer oriented. The crew did outstanding work and were well-trained and safety conscious. Throughout the two days, they kept me informed of the different aspects of the job. I was impressed with the focus on details, such as moving lawn lights, placing protective mats, and then cleaning up the debris. The crew worked together and wasted no time in getting to work. I am writing to tell you how pleased my wife Carole and I are with the work you did for us recently at our home on Roberts Cove Road.

I can’t say enough about your crew. Ossian, Neal and Matt were excellent. We expected to spend considerable time making decisions on what to remove and what to leave in place but their judgement in that regard was excellent, and we never felt the need to second guess them. They arrived on time, worked steadily, and kept us informed of what was being done and why.

Their site cleanup, both at the end of each day and upon completion, was exceptional, and the measures they took to protect our landscape and plantings was much appreciated. We were also impressed by their team approach to the work, and their careful use of the safety equipment, which looked to be complete and in excellent condition.

The result of their efforts was far more than satisfactory. We weren’t quire sure what to expect beyond the straightforward removal of some dead trees, but with the selected thinning and understory clearing, our property appearance is very much enhanced. What had been an overgrown tangle is now an open, inviting woodland. We would certainly recommend your company, and especially Ossian, Neal and Matt, to anyone considering this type of work.

My initial reason for picking ArborTech was because I was very concerned my job was waterfront work. Preservation of the lake environment was tantamount for me. I didn't want haphazard trimming of my trees. Also, they have arborists on the team. ArborTech is a company that more than met my expectations. Courtney Kelly came out to my property and spent almost an hour walking around and answering all my questions. This was very telling for me. My house is on a small lake and is a very small piece of property. What seemed to matter to Courtney was that I be a satisfied customer. Indeed I was! The project went off without a hitch. The team was knowledgeable, respectful of the property, and explained everything they were doing. Cleanup was remarkable. Just a footnote: Unfortunately for me a few months later, I had to have trees removed for a new septic system. Without hesitation, I hired ArborTech again. I received the exact same quality service. The same walk-through, the same respect, and unbelievable patience for all my questions.Customer service: Melody, who answers the phone in the office, is as gracious and helpful as the "boots on the ground." She truly gives customer service a whole new meaning. Her patience is also remarkable.
As for the price, I have had tree work done in the past and I felt the work was pricey. ArborTech was a fantastic amount for the time spent the extent of the job and the remarkable cleanup.It was a 100% satisfactory experience and all around perfect 100!
